Description: Drip irrigation pipe differs from patch drip tape with thicker wall. Cylindrical drippers are pre-embedded on the inner wall of the PE pipe. Virgin material means raw polyethylene PE resin without recycled additives. It features aging resistance, tear resistance and longer service life.

1. Application

It is an underground or surface drip irrigation product for water and fertilizer integration. The dripper adopts turbulent flow for energy dissipation to deliver water directly to crop root zones: Greenhouses: Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, flowers and seedling cultivation. Fertilizer can be applied with irrigation water to reduce greenhouse humidity and lower disease risks. Orchards: Perennial fruit trees including apples, cherries, grapes, citrus and kiwifruit, reusable for many years. Cash crops: Chinese herbal medicines, seedlings, sugarcane and so on. Landscaping: Drip irrigation for ornamental seedlings and shelterbelts.

Matching requirement: Filters (sand filter + disc filter) must be installed at the front to prevent dripper blockage. Suitable for long-term fixed irrigation projects.

2. Types

1. Classified by dripper type

1. Non-pressure compensated drip irrigation pipe Working pressure: 0.1～0.25MPa. Flow rate varies with pressure fluctuation. Suitable for flat land with low cost.

2. Pressure compensated drip irrigation pipe Built-in flexible silicone diaphragm. The flow rate remains constant within the specified pressure range. Ideal for sloping land, plots with large elevation difference and long-distance laying, delivering uniform water output.

2. Classified by pipe diameter DN16 (16mm): Most widely used in projects DN20 (20mm): For large-flow and long-distance branch pipelines

3. Classified by wall thickness 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm: For conventional surface installation, reusable for years 1.5mm, 1.8mm: Buriable, compression-resistant and rat-bite resistant, specially designed for subsurface drip irrigation

4. Classified by dripper flow rate and spacing Dripper flow rate: 1.0L/h, 1.5L/h, 2.0L/h, 2.5L/h, 3.0L/h Dripper spacing: 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm (customizable)

3. Main Performance (Virgin PE)

Material: Brand-new virgin polyethylene PE, added with carbon black anti-aging agent, no recycled materials. Acid & alkali resistant, UV resistant and adaptable to high and low temperatures.

Working Pressure Non-compensated type: 0.10～0.25MPa Pressure compensated type: 0.10～0.30MPa

Dripper structure: Cylindrical turbulent flow channel with built-in inlet filter window for excellent anti-clogging performance. Flow variation coefficient: ≤7%, stable and uniform water output.
